Cancellation Policy – Good Journey Taxi Service
At Good Journey Taxi Service, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To provide our customers with clarity and convenience, we have a transparent and fair cancellation policy in place for all our taxi bookings across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR and Delhi Airport routes.
How Cancellations Work
- You can cancel your taxi booking by calling our customer support team or using the cancellation option available on our website or app (if applicable).
- We recommend informing us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation charges.
- For last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before pickup), cancellation fees may apply depending on the situation and vehicle type.
Cancellation Charges
- Free Cancellation: If you cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur a fee of ₹300 to ₹500, based on vehicle type.
- No-Show: If the driver reaches the pickup location and the passenger does not board, full booking charges will be applicable.
Refund Process
For prepaid bookings, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Special Notes
- Toll charges, state tax, parking fees, and driver allowance are non-refundable if the journey has already started.
- Outstation bookings like those to Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad , or Delhi Airport follow specific terms, which our team will share during booking confirmation.
